Phone, online & email orders are most welcome. We offer free delivery for orders over $99, Australia-wide.

Delivery

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. ‘The Bridal Room’ uses Australia Post Express satchels for all deliveries so that you receive your items quickly and safely.

We track all online sales and provide you with the tracking number at the time of confirming your package has been sent.

Prices

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST however, are subject to change without notice.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure the description and specification of each product is correct and up-to-date on our website.  However, specifications and descriptions of products are not intended to be binding and only give a general description. Colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, and we cannot accept responsibility for variation in colour caused by browser, software or computer system used to view the website.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active however, occasionally an item may be out of stock. We may not have all styles and sizes where stock is made to order and lead times may vary.

Refund or Exchange

We will happily exchange or refund items purchased on our online store. Please notify us of your intent to return or exchange as soon as possible.

All returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods. All goods must be returned to us unworn & in their original condition, with all tags & labels still attached. All goods being returned for a refund or exchange must be posted in an Australia Post Express satchel.

If you are exchanging goods, you will need to include a postage satchel as postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods.
