The Bridal Room is based in East Victoria Park, in Perth, Western Australia.

Unfortunately, during these current times we are unable to offer appointments.

Yes, we do!  We can embroider customised names, dates, or anything you like on our satin bridal robes. Please contact us to discuss pricing.

Yes!  We offer free delivery to anywhere in Australia for purchases over $99.

We don’t generally offer overseas shipping. 

However, if you live overseas and would really, really like to purchase something from our online store, please get in touch and we’ll provide you with a customised postage quote.

Yes! If any of our items don’t fit, we are happy to accept a return and replace it with the correct size, so long as the item still has tags attached, is unworn, in perfect condition and returned in the original packaging.

Please let us know ASAP after receipt of goods if you wish to return them.  Please be aware that for any returns, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping.

Yes! If any of our items (except sale items) don’t suit you, we are happy to provide a full refund, so long as the item is unworn, in perfect condition and is returned in the original packaging. 

Please let us know ASAP after receipt of goods if you wish to return them for a refund. All items must be returned by Express Post and a tracking number provided to us. Once the goods arrive back with us, we will let you know and you’ll be refunded through PayPal.  Please be aware that for any refunds, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping.

Alas, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items.

All items are sent by Australia Post in an Express satchel, which includes a tracking number.

Yes!  And if you include your mobile number on your order, this will be lodged with Australia Post, who will send you status updates via text.
