REFUND OR EXCHANGE
We will happily exchange or refund items that are purchased in our studio and returned within 7 days of purchase. All goods must be in original condition with all tags and labels still attached. The goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase receipt.
We will happily exchange or refund items purchased in our on line store. Please notify us of your intent to return or exchange as soon as possible all goods must be received back with us within 14 days of you receiving the goods. We can be contacted either by phone 0411 842 436 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. All goods must be returned to us in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached. All goods being returned for a refund or exchange must be posted to us in an Australia Post express satchel. If you are exchanging goods you will need to include a postage satchel as postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods.

The Bridal Room also stresses the importance of hand washing all lingerie items. The Bridal Room, nor the relevant manufacturers accept responsibility for damage caused to garments due to machine washing or tumble drying. Please refer to the care label and washing instructions on each garment.
