The Bridal Room is committed to offering our customers the finest products available, however please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on items where you have simply changed your mind or made an incorrect choice. We will happily exchange items within 7 days, provided the goods are in original condition and all tags and labels are still attached. Accompanying the item must also be a proof of purchase receipt.
We do offer a refund or exchange on items purchased in our online store. Please notify us of your intent to return or exchange as soon as possible as the goods must be received back with us within 14 days of you receiving the goods. If you are exchanging goods you will need to include a postage satchel as postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods.

The Bridal Room also stresses the importance of hand washing all lingerie items. The Bridal Room, nor the relevant manufacturers accept responsibility for damage caused to garments due to machine washing or tumble drying. Please refer to the care label and washing instructions on each garment.
